Us
The S.L.S. Art Academy, a division of the Jewish Art Center Corp, is a project dreamed by Ms. Singer for
the purpose of developing the innate creativity of children as well as of
adults. We offer a fine arts program where students are encouraged to demonstrate
their developing talents and allow them an outlet where their cultural and
religious roots can be expressed.
The Jewish Art Center Corp is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit corporation, created to develop Jewish Artistic Expression in all its facets and Education that would reflect the vitality and diversity of the Jewish community. It offers artists from all over the world the chance to interact and exchange ideas and provides young potential artists an outlet previously not available.
We welcome volunteers to help us in different areas such as:
- Assistants for our art classes
- Office duties such as mailing, answering telephone calls,...
- Setting up art shows and exhibits
- And more.....

S.L. Singer, a painter and photographer, is the art program director. Her
paintings, etchings and photographs had been exhibited in France, England, Kenya, and the United States.
She is also the founder of J.A.C.C. (Jewish Art Center Corporation), it is a charitable foundation.
